Andrew Kuruc

Investor Relations

Andrew’s experience includes 30 years in financial services, funds management and wealth advice. Having held sales, development, technical, management and executive positions in multinationals and small-to-medium enterprises alike, Andrew has a deep understanding of people, business, and markets. He has successfully developed and delivered business-to-client (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) programs and initiatives for many client-centric organisations around the world.

Andrew has a Master of Business Administration from Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW) and University of Sydney.

Responsible for Investor Relations, Andrew’s role covers the all-important ‘client (Investor) experience’, marketing and communications, business development and market growth.

Andrew Tyack

Investment & Fund Manager

Andrew is a qualified property professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Andrew has had a diverse career with exposure to a broad range of disciplines across the industry, from valuing commercial and residential property across Western Australia, development management of residential land subdivisions, scoping and feasibility analysis of commercial development opportunities and acquisition of commercial assets.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) from Curtin University and is a registered Land Valuer and Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.

As the Investment & Fund Manager, Andrew is responsible for the implementation of Quadrant Investments’ strategy and performance monitoring for all of Quadrant Investments’ funds including new acquisitions, existing assets and divestments.

Lucie Hancock

Asset Manager

Lucie has over 10 years’ experience in the commercial property industry working across the office, retail and industrial sectors, and including management of one of Perth’s most prominent CBD assets.

In addition to driving asset performance from the landlord side, Lucie also held a national role for an ASX listed occupier overseeing a number of complex transactions across a portfolio of over 250 properties.

Working closely with the CIO and the Investment & Fund Manager, Lucie is responsible for the oversight of the property management team of all QI assets. Lucie is also involved in asset planning, leasing, fostering relations with tenants and ensuring the financial performance of the portfolio.

Lucie is currently a Director and Head of Property and Asset Management at Richard Noble & Company, the equal major shareholder of Quadrant Investments.

Greg Halls

Company Secretary

As Quadrant Investments’ Company Secretary, Greg brings with him over 10 years’ finance experience. Underpinned by several years in public practice, Greg’s experience has primarily been in the construction and property sectors. He has held positions with both privately owned and run companies as well as large, multi-national listed companies and is currently Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Richard Noble & Company, our equal major shareholder.

Greg has held corporate roles that involve overall financial management, managing people, ensuring adherence to statutory compliance and process improvement.

Greg has a Degree in Commerce majoring in Financial Accounting and Investment Finance, a Grad Dip in Professional Accounting and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is a Responsible Manager for Quadrant Investments’ Australian Financial Services License.

Greg provides oversight on all financial aspects of the business, including governance, due diligence and analysis for Quadrant Investments.

Phil Fogliani

Managing Director & Chief Investment Officer (CIO)

Phillip is a career property professional with over 25 years’ experience working within private, boutique and corporate property companies over this period. Phillip’s experience crosses multiple disciplines over all property types, including leasing and sale transactions, consulting advisory, valuations, and asset and property management. It also covers multiple asset types, including office, retail, industrial, residential and hotel and accommodation sectors.

Phillip holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property from Curtin University, is a Licensed Valuer, Certified Property Practitioner (CPP) with the Australian Property Institute and a licensed Real Estate Agent in Western Australia. He is a Responsible Manager for Quadrant Investments’ Australian Financial Services License.

As Managing Director, Phillip leads a team of dedicated investment management professionals and is a key liaison with our professional consultants, stakeholders and Investment Partners.

Since early 2017, as CIO, Phillip has been responsible for sourcing and verifying assets as being suitable for acquisition, together with negotiation and management of each transaction. His experience, industry contacts and knowledge is utilised as the primary oversight lead of the ongoing fund and asset management of each of Quadrant Investment’s funds.

Alex Gregg

Director

Alex has over 35 years’ experience within the financial services, asset management and property industry. Over the last 24 years as Managing Director of QI’s equal major shareholder – Richard Noble & Company, Alex has been intensively involved in land acquisitions, capital raisings, project management, commercial sales, leasing and management, market research, town planning and achieving positive outcomes with government agencies and stakeholders.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Property from Curtin University and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent. He previously served as a Councillor on the Urban Development Institute of Australia (WA) Council and appointed State President from 2009 until 2011. He is a Responsible Manager for Quadrant Investments’ Australian Financial Services License.

Alex provides oversight on governance, strategy, planning and investor relations for Quadrant Investments in addition to assisting in the identification, evaluation, acquisition and funding of new investment opportunities.
