PHILLIP FOGLIANI – MANAGING DIRECTOR AND CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER (CIO)
Phillip is a career property professional with over 20 years’ experience working within private, boutique and corporate property companies over this period. Phillip’s experience crosses multiple disciplines over all property types, including leasing and sale transactions, consulting advisory, valuations, and asset and property management. It also covers multiple asset types, including office, retail, industrial, residential and hotel and accommodation sectors.
Phillip holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property from Curtin University, is a Licensed Valuer, Certified Property Practitioner (CPP) with the Australian Property Institute and a licensed Real Estate Agent in WA.
As CIO, Phillip is responsible for sourcing and verifying assets as being suitable for acquisition, together with negotiation and management of each transaction. His experience, industry contacts and knowledge is utilised as the primary lead with the ongoing asset management of each of Quadrant Investment’s assets, as well as being a key liaison for investors.
ALEX GREGG – DIRECTOR
Alex has over 35 years’ experience within the financial services, asset management and property industry. Over the last 24 years as managing director of Richard Noble & Company, Alex has been intensively involved in land acquisitions, capital raisings, project management, commercial sales, leasing and management, market research, town planning and achieving positive outcomes with government agencies and stakeholders.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Property from Curtin University and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent. He previously served as a Councillor on the Urban Development Institute of Australia (WA) Council and appointed State President from 2009 until 2011.
Alex provides oversight on governance, strategy, planning and investor relations for Quadrant Investments in addition to assisting in the identification, evaluation, acquisition and funding of new investment opportunities.
GREG HALLS – COMPANY SECRETARY
Greg has joined Quadrant Investments as Company Secretary bringing with him over 10 years’ finance experience. Underpinned by several years in public practice, Greg’s experience has primarily been in the construction and property sectors. He has held positions with both privately owned and run companies as well as large, multi-national listed companies and is currently Chief Financial Officer and Director at Richard Noble and Co.
Greg has held corporate roles that involve overall financial management, managing people, ensuring adherence to statutory compliance and process improvement.
Greg has a Degree in Commerce majoring in Financial Accounting and Investment Finance, a Grad Dip in Professional Accounting and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Greg provides oversight on all financial aspects of the business, including governance, due diligence and analysis for Quadrant Investments.
